Terms of Service

By creating a Copycastr account or accessing any Copycastr service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use Copycastr.

Agency accounts represent a business entity. By registering, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Agency accounts are subject to administrator approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any agency registration at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately via our support page if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Copycastr operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you trigger content generation for a completed interview.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire.

Pricing is as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

You may use Copycastr only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

— use the service to process data you are not authorized to collect;

— attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary data or model outputs at scale;

— use the service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal;

— attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or access controls.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients before conducting an interview through Copycastr.

You retain ownership of the interview transcripts and generated copy produced through your account.

By using the service you grant Copycastr a limited license to process, store, and transmit this data solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

Copycastr will not share your clients' interview data with other agencies or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Copycastr platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Copycastr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Generated website copy is delivered to you for use in your client work. Copycastr makes no claim of ownership over copy generated on your behalf.

You may not reproduce or redistribute the Copycastr platform itself without written permission.

Copycastr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that generated copy will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. All generated content should be reviewed by a qualified person before publication.

We are not responsible for SEO performance or business outcomes resulting from the use of generated copy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copycastr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Copycastr be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Copycastr is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
